Amazing Reiki

I visited Kate for two sessions of Reiki on my holiday in Tenerife. Kate is just amazing and so comfortable to talk to. She lives in a warm and welcoming home with her wife and two lovely dogs and cats. The reason for my traveling to Tenerife was to relax and just breathe after a heavy burn-out. After a little google search on my computer in my hotel room I decided to try this and I´m so grateful for Kate and her wonderful down to earth presence. Just wished I had more time in Tenerife for more sessions with her. The Reiki sessions had a strong influence on me and helped me to put my mind at ease and more focus to take on the tasks ahead regarding my health. I was so relaxed and haven´t had such a good night sleep in months.

A Must for Holistic Treatments and Advice

I had the great pleasure of speaking to Kate recently and her advice and help was extremely detailed and informative without being patronising. Beware of similar businesses who do not have the appropriate training and licences, this is your health we are talking about! If you are looking for any holistic treatment and consultation, then this is the only place on Tenerife I would recommend. I am resident on the island and would not consider anywhere else.

Can't stop going back

Healthy Harmony is a hidden gem in Tenerife. I am so glad we found out about it. Every time I go there I have a massage specifically made for my own preferences which is always delightful and I usually have a reflexology session aswell which is usually mind blowingly accurate. We are made to feel so welcome with a coffee and a chat beforehand and a lovely relax session in the hot tub after. Such a great chill out and pamper session and some genuinely lovely people!! If you haven’t been then you definitely should!

A dream...

I have been experiencing back pain for some months and the Doctors have been unable to pinpoint the reason even after scans, X-rays etc the only solution following a course of physio was pain relief in tablet form. Whilst staying in Tenerife I decided to have a massage, following a comprehensive assessment, consultation and deep tissue massage with Denise on my first visit I felt more relief than I have for sometime. Of course, I didn’t leave it there... went back three times and I am walking upright, with no limp and NO pain... thank you

I visited the girls at Healthy Harmony quite a few times during my 6 weeks training on the island. The sports massage provided there was probably the best I've had to date, sorting out most my problems in both my upper back and neck
